  10.   This is a stupid game. We admit it. We designed it that way. A bunch of us
  11. were  sitting around one day, and we said "Hey, why don't we write a totally
  12. stupid game?" So we did.
  13.  
  14. Installation
  15.  
  16.   To install the game, just copy these files to a convenient subdirectory
  17. (ie: C:\WINDOWS\TTD). Then run Windows, go to File, hit New, select
  18. Program item. Enter the Program Name (Tic Tac Death), and the EXE name
  19. (ie: C:\WINDOWS\TTD\TTD.EXE). Choose your favorite Icon (we drew a couple),
  20. and you're ready to go.

  26.   The game itself is basic Tic-Tac-Toe, but cooler. You know the rules.

  30.   This was origionally written for DOS, but was then edited and recompiled
  31. for Borland C++ 4.0 for Windows (Blatant unsolicited software plug!), and
  32. total actual work time was just over two weeks (With a LOT of goofing around
  33. interspersed).

  35. Sound Files
  36.  
  37.   The WAV files are left out (unpacked) in the directory, so if anyone wants
  38. to put their own sounds in the game, they can, as long as the origional
  39. archive remains unchanged. When you hear the WAV files, you recongise the
  40. various influences on this game; Beavis and Butthead, The Jerky Boys, and The
  41. Simpsons all deserve honorable mention.

  45.   This game is Freeware, use it as long as you like. Bash it, burn it, feed
  46. it to your dog, we don't care.
